Intention

Our goal is to share the Art of Tai Chi with as many people as possible. We teach from our heart space. We love what we do and we have fun with it. Tai Chi helps one to dance internally and externally with Joy.

Juliet and Lauritz teach classes together as a couple and offer classes of their own. Please see our Classes for more information on our class schedules. You can join our mailing list and receive special invitations to our upcoming seminars and special events.

In our classes we teach Tai Chi movements focusing on breathing, centering and grounding oneself, also the basic principles as well as the underlying spiritual and philosophical basis. We explore the health and stress reduction benefits and also how to apply Tai Chi principles in daily life for conflict resolution and a more harmonious life experience.

Juliet Kjerulff - I love teaching the Art of Tai Chi. Through my style of teaching I honor each student's individual differences and allow them to progress at their own pace. I gently bring them through the form one step at a time giving them time to absorb and integrate each move as well as the underlying principles.

Lauritz Kjerulff - I am very interested in how the ancient arts of Tai Chi and Chi Gung can help to make us healthier and happier in the modern world. Applying a Taoist philosophical approach to modern life has been an interesting and rewarding challenge.
